THE OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

A Receptionist is an AMBASSADOR of an organisation. He or She is the first person that a visitor meets when he enters an office. A Good Receptionist should have the following qualities;
1. must be well dressed
2. must have a good sense of humour
3. must have good communication skill
4.must be in good health at all time
5.must be punctual and regular to work
6.must be devoted to his or her duty
